• First started in 2003 as joint symposium organized by the University of Hong Kong (HKU) and National University of Singapore (NUS)

• HKU-NUS symposium attracts high quality research papers and is becoming a platform of choice for real estate researchers in Asia

Program Committee • The Program Committee comprises editorial broad

members of JREFE (The Journal of Real Estate Finance & Economics) and other renowned real estate researchers from the US, Europe, Australia, and Asia

Special Issue in Prestigious Journal

• All papers will be independently reviewed for their suitability for publication in a special issue of The Journal of Real Estate Finance & Economics (JREFE)
