What is the original idea and Why we think it as Worst Idea

1. The idea here describes to open a water park in the Greenland which is very unlikely place to open a water because of freezing cold.

2. The idea only focuses on the people of Greenland and not on the large no. of Foreign Tourists.

3. No mention of Financing part for this mammoth project. As this will not only require Private partners but also the Support from the Government of Greenland.

4. Revenue stream is very limited as per the idea because it only depends upon the ticket sales not taking the advantage of corporate partnership and Value-added services.

5. The idea never introduces the importance of the Value Added services and focuses only on main part.

6. The idea also never mentions to take benefit of the exotic locations in Greenland to attract more customers.

7. Since idea has no mention of power source for Project. Its assumed that it will go for conventional power source and will not take the advantages of the renewable energy source to make project a green project.

How We have made it into a Good Idea -> Greenland is an unlikely place to open a water park due to freezing cold* We will use heated pools to protect our customers

-> potential customers* We expanded a simple water park in a truly international destination adding unique attractions and activities to service international customers. Due to our package tours and many attractions, we will be able to serve our customers for an average 5 days. We will take benefit of customers from both Europe and the USA

-> Revenue stream* Instead of focusing only on ticket sells, we offer package tours including flight connections from Europe and America. Moreover, we will do partnership with corporate houses in these continents to increase customers base

-> Value Proposition* Instead of supplying only a plain water park, we offer a mix of relaxing (spa), adventurous (adventure trips, animals) and life time experiences (aurora viewing and under ice berg expedition). We take advantage of the exotic location of Greenland to provide added values to our customers.

-> Key resources* To reduce cost burden we will apply for free land due to land abundance, subsidies and cheap loans from Government promising thousands of direct and indirect jobs.

-> Cost structure* We will take advantage of Greenland's ample clean energy sources like wind, hydro, tidal and geothermal energy. We will use Geothermal energy directly to heat our pools.
