On May 14th #Aratt Homes conducted the summer outing for all Aratt members,The event called #Aratt Kids Day –II which was held on silver oak beach resorts with lovely wide swimming pools and enticing blue seas. The main purpose of the event is for everyone to have fun, get to know each other more by bonding and live the words "competitve" and "team work". The event was felicitated with the presence of our Chairman and founder Tony Vincent, Mrs Sunita Tony Vincent,
Vishal Vincent.
The event comprised of various fun and game activities. Namely Team sking, Treasure Hunt, Hoola- Hoop Passing, Passing bangle with straw, Blind folded snake game Fun games These games have been played by the deptt wise teams named
as Orange, white ,Green .The Overall champion for this year company outing is White Team( Sales, Architecture, Interiors) Congratulations to the White Team, and
to the other teams as well for actively participated in that event.
The event was concluded by a thanks speech by our Managing Director Tony Vincent in which he spoke about the company Philosophy i.e “Happy Employees
makes Happy Company” . He announce Vishal Vincent as the Vice-President of Aratt and also discussed company long term plans and policies and at last Each
department heads gave their commitments on what goals they would be achieving this year.
The vibrancy of this event is truly befitting to our philosophy and made everyone laugh, twist and shout, made the whole activity even more enjoyable and
revitalizing.The event was simply amazing, and everyone had a blast.
