Proceeding with the work in accordance with these instructions indicates your acknowledgment that there will be no change in the Contract Sum or Contract Time. Description:

1. Provide and locate marker and tack boards as identified in the drawings for phase I. See sheets A3.3-1,

A3.4-1, & A9.5 attached.
