PEB Structures: - An increasing number of consumers are now opting for pre-engineered building

systems because of the significant advantage they offer in terms of time and convenience. We

provide turnkey PEB solutions-right from the structural design stage, till the actual installation. Easy to

assemble, low on maintenance, extremely strong, weather-resistant and secure. We cater to every

manufacturing component of the Pre-engineered Buildings sector, be it in terms of roofing,

insulation, structural steel constructs, or ventilation.

Supplied about 10 Lakhs Sq. Feet of Structural for the Ware Houses during the FY 2008 – 2009 &

2009 – 2010 at M/s. Krishnapatnam Port Company Limited, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.

Executing Automatic conveyor Pre- Engineered building of approximately 2 Lakhs Sq. Feet at

We are having A-1 contractor licence for 33 K.V and above all volts in Andhra Pradesh and

Telangana States. We execute substation electrification works Supply, erection, commissioning &

testing works. We also execute Overhead lines, testing of electrical equipment’s i.e transformers,

panels, Cables, cable trays, Earthling, fault finding etc.

M/s. Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Tiruchirapalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu.

Auto Welded Beam & Boxes: We are approved vendor for supply of Auto welded Beams & Boxes. We

fabricated Auto Welded Beam & Boxes in all sizes for power plants including those for power plants up to

800MW with BHEL-TRICHY approved Drawings. We fabricated H Beams & I Beams as well as Box type auto

welded beams. Box type beams are fabricated from plates as well as standard rolled sections. These are

structural steel beams made from prime steel plates; by profile cutting into sections, assembling and welded

together to form H or I shape beams. Wherever necessary we also carry out the alignment checks.

DUCT: We are approved vendor for supply of DUCT. We have fabricated and assembled ducts in all sizes for

power plants including those for power plants up to 800MW with BHEL-TRICHY approved Drawings. We have

supplied all types of duct sections so far such as Rectangular Duct, Circular Duct, Elbow Duct, Bend Duct,

Transition DUCT and T DUCT such as rectangular to rectangular, rectangular to circular etc. Wherever

necessary we also carry out the DUCT Assembly for alignment checks and Pre Matching.

BHEL General Fabrication: We are approved vendor for supply of General fabrication.. We have fabricated &

supplied General Fabrication items as per approved Drawings in different Shapes & Profiles with fabricated all

types rolled Sections so far such as ISA 40x40 to ISA 200x200, ISMC 75 to ISMC 400 and ISMB100 to ISMB600,

WPHB700,WPLB700.

DAM-GATES:-

A gate for a dam is a facility used to control the huge water pressure stored in a dam lake. In

addition to facilities for flood control, which is the main purpose of a dam, there are many kinds of

controlling facilities, including flow adjustment facilities to keep the flow level of a river stable,

selective water intake facilities to take in water of a suitable temperature, and facilities to control

the murky water of a dam. Gates for rivers are facilities used to control the river water. These include

floodgates installed in rivers or at river mouths that normally keep the water level of a river stable

and let water flow rapidly during flooding, and sluiceways and water gates to take water from a

river or to split flow.

PORTABLE BELT CONVEORS

Portable conveyors are movable belt conveyors. These can be able to made Horizontal type (or)

inclined type. These belt conveyors are mainly suitable for indoor applications. Portable conveyors

are also like fixed type belt conveyors except loading and discharge points. In portable conveyors

we can move the conveyor near to material points.

In these portable conveyors are commonly used in Loading and Unloading of lorries, Stacking of

the Bags in the Warehouse, Transfer the Bags form one Warehouse to another Warehouse and

many more applications.

Flow controlling devices are used to control the flow of materials, direction of materials, partial and

full stoppage the materials. These are manual operated type and motorized are also used.

SCREW CONVEYORS

Screw conveyors in modern industry are often used horizontally or at a slight incline as an efficient

way to move semi-solid materials, including food waste, wood chips, aggregates, cereal grains,

animal feed, boiler ash, meat and bone meal, municipal solid waste, and many others.

BUCKET ELEVATORS

Bucket elevators can elevate variety of bulk materials from light to heavy. In this Buckets are fixing

with belt (or) Chain to elevate the materials. Bucket elevators buckets are in closed boxes by this

we can reduce the spillage and environmental pollution.

We are using commonly three types of bucket elevators i.e. centrifugal discharge, continuous

discharge and positive discharge.

Conveyor Pulley

Drive Pulley: It gives drive to entire conveyor systems. Drive pulley is connected to the gear box

through a coupling, which is then connected to motor, which ultimately drives the system. Since,

drive pulley drives the system so it is build rigid and heavy. It is often rubber lagged for increasing

friction factor between belt and pulley surface.

Tail Pulley : It is located at the tail end of the conveyor, which is a driven pulley

Snub Pulley: It is located below drive pulley. It is used to increase area of contact of belt on drive

pulley surface.

Bend Pulley: It is used in Vertical Gravity Tensioning System.

VGT Pulley: Vertical Gravity Tensioning Pulley is used to provide tension to belt.

Idler Brackets:-

We will fabricate all kinds of Idler Brackets on requirement of costumer and application.
