キキ Arselan (Myself): I am responsible for myself. I take the time to reflect on my views, my accomplishments, my behaviors, and my interactions with others, my eating and exercising habits, in order to be a balanced person who reflects the light of God.

キキ Father (Rebecka, Frank, Eric, Oskar): I am pleasant, patient and supportive towards my children. I also understand the great influence I have on them and therefore strive to be a good example.

キキ Leader and manager (EISLAB): I lead my team with the aim that its members feel well both individually and as a group while being productive towards a clear common goal. I am responsible for balanced work and financial load.

キキ Director (CASTT): I coordinate relationships between the automotive industry and the university and moreover within the university. I am a catalyst to reach the highest potential of yield.

キキ Teacher (Students): I understand the subject I teach and its importance in the curriculum of an engineer. I am able to present this importance as well at the material in a way that enables the students to fully grasp the concepts.

キキ Advisor (Yassin, Kimmo, Elena): I understand and can clarify the problems or issues at hand to the advisee. I can guide him /her to find the answers. I am supportive in his/her communication of the results.

• Researcher (Myself, research society): I am able to understand and explain what the problems or issues are. I am able to put forward theories, experiments and results. I can clearly communicate with others throughout the whole process.
