• Outotec made the Shalkiya preliminary design for the new

processing plant 2005.

• In 2006, Outotec company did all necessary metallurgical

test and completed the basic design in the second half of

2007.

• The first part of the Shalkiya process development work

was paid by Republic of Finland.

• In 2014, Outotec conducted update and improvement of

basic design

• Outotec has been working 10 years for Shalkiya

• In 2016 TKS / Shalkiya Zinc disqualified Outotec from

quoting the Shalkiya EPC-project.
