500,000 SQUARE FEET OF UNCONVENTIONAL SPACE.Ballrooms, meeting rooms, boardrooms and pre-function areas encompassing 500,000 square feet are a short walk on the 2nd Level Promenade, easily accessed directly from the guestroom and suite elevators. Four levels of flexible space feature multiple registration desks with office space. The ballrooms range in size from 20,000 to 51,000 square feet, some offering fully functioning theatrical stages. Multiple loading docks and drive-in ramps make setup and teardown efficient, and megavators provide convenient access for moving equipment to the upper levels.

The convention center offers meeting rooms complete with built-in screens and projectors for breakouts or smaller programs with requirements for 500 to 5,400 square feet. Executive boardrooms are designed for intimate meetings with intricate presentation requirements such as video conferencing.
