The following slides provide instructions on how you register onto the Ariba Network.
When you have completed the registration steps, please email the Ariba Network ID (ANID) to your Procurement contact at Save the Children
You will not be able to do business with Save the Children via the Ariba Network until you have provided them with this Ariba Network ID and made a connection on the Ariba Network, so please make sure you complete this very important final step!

Search for ‘Register for Ariba Supplier Network’ or go to supplier.ariba.com in your browser and go to the Registration page.
On this page, click ‘Register Now’

Registering for the
Ariba Network
1. Please complete the company information for your company.
2. Please complete the details for your personal user account.

3. Mark the “Terms of Use” box.
4. Click [Register]

5. An email will be sent to the email address entered in the registration page. Click the link in the email to activate your account.
6. At the landing page, you can choose if you would like to populate more information about your company now or if you prefer to do this later.

Populating other information
1. On your home dashboard, please click the “Account Settings” tab in the upper right corner; to populate some other required information.
2. You will need to review the “Electronic Order Routing” and “Users” under the “Setting tab”.

Electronic Order Routing
1. Choose “Email” from the Catalog Orders without Attachments dropdown.
2. Please input the email addresses of the staff who you would like to receive online documents.
3. You can enter up to five email addresses per Document Type, separated by commas.
4. Remember to click save if you have made any changes.

Users
How to Register onto the Ariba Network
• Administrator
o Automatically linked to the username and login entered during registration
o Responsible for account set-up/configuration and management
o Primary point of contact for users with questions or problems.
o Creates roles for the account
o You can add up to 250 users to your Ariba Network account
• User
o Can have different roles, which correspond to the user’s actual job responsibilities
o Responsible for updating personal user information

How to Register onto the Ariba Network
• Click on the Users tab under the Settings option under Account Setting. The Users page will load.
• Click on the Create Role button in the Manage Roles section and type in the name and a description for the role.
• Add Permissions to the Role that correspond to the user’s actual job responsibilities by checking the proper boxes and click save to create the role.
• To Create a User click on Create User button and add all relevant information about the user including name and contact info.
• Select a role in the Role Assignment section and click on Done. You can add up to 250 users to your Ariba Network account

• View your POs on your dashboard. As a Standard account supplier you do not have access to
Inbox/Outbox functionality but you can see the overview of the last 200 documents in the
dashboard view. You can use the Select option to resend documents to your mailbox.
• You must process all POs by going back to your email and clicking the Process Order button.
You can’t process POs by logging in directly to your supplier account
• If you have a Enterprise account, you will be able to access your Ariba Network Inbox and
Outbox directly from your supplier account and will have access to view and process your
PO’s

Step1: To toggle from the Purchase Orders interface to the Sourcing interface
1. Go to supplier.ariba.com and log in using your Ariba account credentials
2. On top left, click on the arrow next to “Ariba Network” and choose “Ariba Proposals and
Questionnaires”
