ARISTOTELE 14 S 384 BC-322 BC

Almost irrefutable, a philosopher and scientist Aristotle largest in the world of the past. He pioneered

the investigation affairs logic, enriched almost every branch of philosophy and inexpressible magnitude

contribute to science.

Many of Aristotle's ideas are now outdated. But the most important part of what has been done

Aristotle is a rational approach that always underlies his work. Aristotle's writings reflected in his

attitude that every aspect of human life or society is always open for the objects of thought and analysis.

The opinion of Aristotle, the universe is not completely controlled by chance, by magic, by the desire of

the will of god that terjajaki not unexpected, but the behavior of the universe is subject to rational laws.

According to Aristotle's belief is necessary for man to question every aspect of the natural world in a

systematic and we should utilize both empirical observations and logical reasons before making a

decision. The series of these attitudes - which contrary to tradition, superstition and mysticism - has

been profoundly influenced European civilization.

Aristotle was born in the city Stagira, Macedonia, 384 BC. His father, a famous physicist. At age

seventeen, Aristotle went to Athens to study at the Academy of Plato. He stayed there for twenty years

until Plato died shortly. From her father, Aristotle might get a boost interest in the field of biology and

"practical knowledge". Under the care of Plato he inculcate an interest in philosophical speculation.

In 342 BC Aristotle returned to Macedonia, to become a teacher of a child king who was thirteen years

later in a famous history with Alexander the Great. Alexander Aristotle educate the young in recentyears. In the year 335 BC, after Alexander's royal throne, Aristotle returned to Athens and opened there

own school, Lyceum. He was in Athens for twelve years, a period that coincided with Alexander's career

of military conquest. Alexander did not ask counsel to former teacher, but he was kind enough to

provide funds for Aristotle to conduct investigations. Maybe this is the first example in history of a

scientist to receive a large amount of government funding for the purposes of investigation and at the

same time is the last in later centuries.

Aristotle's admiration for people to become so jumped in the middle of the century when the situation

has lead to idolatry. In the circumstances it is more of Aristotle's writings a kind of intellectual pack

telling where further questioning the problem rather than a kind of lamp street lights. Aristotle is fond

of researching and thinking about her affair unmistakeable less blindly agree with the praise of the next

generation of his writings.

Some of the ideas of Aristotle seem reactionary measured with glasses now. For example, he supported

slavery as it deems in accord with natural law. And he believed that the dignity of female modesty than

men. Both ideas-of course - reflecting the prevailing view at that time. But, no less too many ideas that

baffle modern Aristotle, for example the sentence, "Poverty is the father of revolution and crime," and

the phrase "Those who have pondered deeply the art of the human ruling certainly convinced that the

fate of something emperium depends on the education of children youth. " (Of course, at that time

there was no school as we know it today).

In recent centuries, Aristotle's influence and reputation have declined rather than grass abysmal.

However, I think its influence is so absorbing and lasted so long that I'm sorry can not put it higher than

the level of sequence like this now. Sequence level is now very important mainly due to the thirteen that

were before him in order.

16 ± CENTURY PROPHET MUSA-13 BC

Maybe so, no human in history that was so widely admired as the prophet Moses, the prophets of the

Jews. More than that, other than fame, also the number of followers who worship him for sure continue

to increase over time. It is estimated that Moses fame in the 13th century BC, around the time of

Ramses II at the same time, and is considered a massive displacement led the Israelites from Egypt, died

in 1237 BC. At the time of Moses life - as described in the book of Exodus - a group of Jews who opposed

him. But, no less than five centuries of Moses respectable glorified by the Jews. Near the year 400 BC

fame and reputation spread throughout Europe coincided with the Christian Religion. Several centuries

later Muhammad acknowledged Moses as a true prophet, and with the development of Islam, Moses

was also an admired figure throughout the Islamic world (including Egypt). Now, after thirty-two

centuries starting from the time of his life, Moses, revered by Jews, Christians and Muslims as well, and

even by people who do not believe in God. Thanks to advances in communication, he's probably more

famous now than in the past.

In addition to his fame, the information can be trusted about the life of Moses is not much. There's even

speculation (though not accepted by most scientists) that Moses was actually an Egyptian, because his

name was smelly Egyptian and non-Jews. (The name of Moses means "child" or "boy," and is widely

used as part of many pharaohs. Book of the Old Testament contains stories of Moses, who almost did

not much meaning because it has a lot crammed with all the magic. The stories about Moses can cause

havoc, about Moses can turn his aides into a snake, are examples of events beyond the natural norm.

The things of this kind of burden the people with the impossibility that paved the way for people to

believe how old Moses was eighty years old then berkesanggupan doing exodus, led the Jews across the

desert in a period of not less than forty years. Actually we really want to know exactly what Moses had

done successfully before his stories were buried in the bush world of fairy tales.

Many parties who wish to make a reasonable interpretation of the treasures of the Gospel story, for

example, about ten testament prohibition, about crossing the Red Sea. However, most favored of the

Old Testament stories about life of Moses is the fairy tale that can be equated with tales of mythology.

The story of Moses on the vines onto the never-ending story is very similar to the Babylonian, and

Sargon of Akkad, the great king who reigned circa 2360-2305 BC.

In general, there are three major results that are connected with the deeds of Moses. First, he

considered political figure who led the Jews to do large-scale migration from Egypt. In this case, it is

clear he is worthy to receive the award. Second, he succeeded as a writer first volume of the Gospel

Volume Five (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy), which is often associated with

"Five books of Moses" and set Torat Jewish. This book includes Moses Code, a set of laws that became

the basis of the behavior of the Jews in the Gospels, including the "Ten Commandments Sacred" (Ten

Commandments). From the point of the level of influence in particular and generally Torat Ten

Commandments, the authors no doubt can be classified as a great man who had a lasting influence.

However, scholars generally agree that the Gospel of Moses is not the only author of the book. The book

was apparently written by several authors and most of its contents are not written before the death of

Moses. It is possible that Moses played some role in the case of Jewish customs union or even outline

the Jewish laws, but no definite evidence of the extent and role of what he was doing.

Then, many people consider Moses as the founder of Jewish monotheism. I do not think there are

strong reasons that could support that notion. The only source of our information about the particulars

of Moses is the Old Testament, and clearly the Old Testament and have no doubt related to Abraham as

the founder of monotheism. Even so, it is true also Jewish monotheism could not disappear without

Moses and Moses did not need to be questioned again indeed hold a decisive role in maintaining and

spreading. In this case, of course, lies the greatest significance of the role that religion after Christianity

and Islam, the two largest religions in the world which are both based on monotheism. The idea of one

God, who wholeheartedly believed Moses, which eventually spread to most of the world.

Television

I've often complained about television. But this time I want to complain anymore. Hopefully youare not bored to hear it:).

It's about television inability to answer my basic needs, for the information, and also

entertainment. Initially I still think that television could become powerful enough entertainment providers. Magic box that can remove the tired and depressed at the time to spare. But I was

wrong. Television was just not good at conveying information, but also failed to entertain.

How could I not? Impressions what can entertain me at this time when television was dominated by events not of quality-how boring and so-so only. News of monotony. Reality show that quasi-

patronizing. Soap operas are mediocre acting and the scene crying. Until the comedy show thatkeeps damaging property.

At first there are some impressions that I can rely on. Kind of Ninja Warrior, America's GotTalent, or the TV Champion. But again I must be disappointed because the schedule is erraticand altered at will the television stations. No longer can I see the show is quite interesting and

neat in the entertainment spectacles that. So what I get from most major media penetration inIndonesia is this? Never mind the information, entertainment alone was not able to be enjoyed.

Not yet a matter of "intelligence" Television in the "teach" the public so that people are now very

proud if sadness and private spaces exposed in the media. They compete crying, wailing, and the

media provide a space (very wide) for it. Even when the wailing and the crying just for mereexistence, not to seek support or gain sympathy.

People then flocked to imitate, to follow what they see on television. The case most often occurs

when it is all about child delinquency (usually SD) that led to the court. Somehow with what

motivation, parents avid complained today his son until the court fight. Although it is only because of accident or jeered typical child-mockery. Eg calling by name the father or themocking name of parents. One thing that is very common in our time elementary or junior high

school.

I still remember correctly, when my school first, I spelled out son mastermind because my father name Sugito, almost equal to the name of the mastermind known in those days: Hadi Sugito.

Even during high school, David, one of my best friend "slandering" me by saying that my father is Gunungkidul candidates. Because of garanya, the name of one candidate is the candidate

Sugito, although not my father Sugito. But I'm not angry, I'm just laughing. Even my father wasnot offended. Although he knew exactly what the game son. Likewise with my other friends,

with parents and call their own.

Other parents now who loved to invite his son to court for the problems that I think sometimestoo trivial, can be resolved without trial. They do not consider the psychological condition of

children, who have not legally baliq just been labeled as the defendant. I've heard, there arechildren up to stress, fainting and vomiting all. Pity, in this case, it is children who become

victims. While parents busy dissimulation demanding case regardless of the actual seat.

In my opinion, this is one of them caused by what they watch on television. When a televisionshow such cases, they rarely actually rolling the discourse that things like this can be resolved

between ourselves alone. For example by borrowing expert commentary, child psychologist or the judge himself who frequently stressed that cases like this do not need to be brought to justice.

The media, especially television instead aggressively preach, exposing the face of the child andtouting delinquency information about children without considering the burden of children is still

very young.

Apparently, in addition to no longer be relied upon, television is still giving negative impact tothe community. Although the study of the passive audience has long been criticized and

abandoned, for me, perhaps the possibility of such a type of community that we still need toreview again. As it turns out, the media had an impact not only for children but also for adults.
