Retirement
• A coach may retire his boxer if he is cut or injured to save him for another bout even though it will be recorded as a loss.
Legal Blow
• A cut and subsequent termination of a bout caused by a legal blow to the target area will result in a loss to the boxer who is cut.
Unintentional Foul
• A cut and subsequent termination of a bout caused by an unintentional foul will decided by the judges regardless of little of the bout has taken place.
Intentional Foul
• A cut caused by an intentional foul that does not result in the termination of a bout will incur a “super” Warning and will result in the loss of 2 points from each judge.
• If the bout is terminated the offending boxer is DQ’d
Tournament Boxing

• No boxer should take any contact until he is declared FIT TO BOX by his Med Cen.
