Houston, February 2016 To Whom It May Concern: My name is Reinaldo J. Gonzalez, currently working as a Faculty Lecturer for the Department of Petroleum Engineering of the University of Houston (UH) and as Independent Consultant for the company Palisade Corporation, Inc. As Faculty Lecturer of the University of Houston, I have had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Aron Troppe for the last two years. He was my student in the courses PETR 4301 (Theory of Reservoir Modeling) and PETR 5325 (Integrated Reservoir Characterization), which both belong to the Petroleum Engineering Program of our university. In both academic commitments his performance was excellent and to my entire satisfaction. During our academic interaction, Mr. Troppe showed high motivation for the work, intelligence, intellectual maturity, a solid sense of responsibility, an excellent teamwork spirit, a sober presence in class, and a permanent wish for learning new topics and generate alternative viewpoints. Even more, I am entirely sure that if the circumstance demands it, Aron will be very able to compensate any lack of experience with an armored determination of learning whatever is necessary to succeed facing new challenges. There was always something in particular about Aron that I liked: his permanent aptitude for generating “out of the box” questions. I consider this specific feature combined with his other qualities make him an exceptional resource that I would like to always have in my team for the successful development of any oil industry project regardless of its nature. I do believe that any operator or any service company would benefit substantially by having this young professional within its staff. He has much to contribute to the interests of any company that opens its doors to his professional participation. For all of these reasons, I unhesitatingly offer this recommendation for Mr. Troppe. This letter was written by request of Mr. Troppe, and for purposes that concern only to him. If required, Ill be more than willing to provide additional information. Sincerely, Dr. Reinaldo J. Gonzalez Faculty Lecturer, Department of Petroleum Engineering, University of Houston [email protected] (832) 767-8466

Houston, February 2016

To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Reinaldo J.

If required, I’ll be more than willing to provide additional information.

Sincerely,

Dr. Reinaldo J. Gonzalez Faculty Lecturer, Department of Petroleum Engineering, University of Houston
