ArrayIQ provides a software layer on the storage infrastructure that virtualizes the collection of

performance, configuration, and capacity metrics from heterogeneous storage arrays and their

underlying resources to adaptively respond and adopt to new technologies while increasing agility

Agent is a software platform installed in the datacenter as a virtual appliance (or software on any

server) that dynamically collects performance, configuration, and capacity data from storage

arrays, servers, and switches based on IT policies.

ArrayIQ Analytics

ArrayIQ Analytics is a business-level reporting and analytics platform that measures and analyzes

service levels for user experience, cost, utilization and performance. It also tracks changes in

configuration so that any performance degradation could be correlated to either growth in

data/throughput or a change to the storage array components.

An Organization of any size can get started with ArrayIQ Agent and Reporter in a matter of minutes.

The Agent can be installed either as a software on a server or as a VM appliance. The Reporter could

be installed on-premise as a software or in the cloud. ArrayIQ also has its own cloud and can offer

the Reporter as a SaaS solution. The Agent/collector technology will immediately collect data and

start communicating with the Reporter on-premise or in the cloud and provide topology maps and

other health/performance indicator reports.

ArrayIQ's Analytics software is an interactive decision support solution for detailed analysis of your

storage infrastructure. It is currently offered as both on-premise and cloud based software solution.

The solution is has an interactive UI that storage architects and administrators could use to

understand different scenarios and use it effectively for decision support before making any changes

to their existing storage environment. In addition they will be able to understand the cost of storage

& performance better to evaluate the migration to next generation storage architectures.
