Art at the Heart (AATH) is the official arts charity for the Royal United Hospital Bath, and will use its expertise to ensure that there is a clear art and design strategy from the outset. This approach means that the build and clinical care will all be enhanced, offering an exceptional level of care for patients and an inspiring space for staff to work in.

Art takes many forms, and in this instance can include integrally etched windows that could act as screens, maximum use of light and colour to brighten waiting areas, small gardens, as well as lovely pieces of artwork, such Bruce Munro’s Brass Monkeys which has already been acquired.

The Forever Friends Appeal aims to raise a total of £250,000 for art to really create a pioneering Centre that complements the existing high quality care for patients at the Hospital.

You can support Art at the Heart in a number of ways:
