Bianco Trash by Luca Pizzaroni
"I was curious to see where trash goes," he said.
Though Manhattan refuse does not actually go to the Middlesex County Landfill, Mr. Pizzaroni's curiosity led him there to create "Bianco Trash," a series of richly colorful photographs of garbage-dump trash.
4. Poignant
Assemblage by Lori Vrba My recent foray into the assemblage work feels like an organic extension and progression of my photography. My imagery has a strong narrative component as does each assemblage piece. I am a life long collector of curious oddities and I love transforming space, whether it be for an exhibition or my home. The photographs are often finished in encaustic for both the aesthetic and archival properties. Bringing these elements together is just another way for me to tell a story. My own.
