How we make telecom projects

R&D

Before starting the project

we carry out RND (research

and development), i.e. search

of analogues, market analysis,

pointing out analogues’

competitive strengths and

formulating demands

for the prototype.

After creating the prototypes

the final graphic implementation of interfaces takes place.

The main page, general layout of all web-application and each interior page are agreed on separately.

We carry out the development on the basis of commercial frameworks called Symfony and .NET MVC.

These frameworks create the

MVC paradigm (Model- ViewController) that enables the client to finally get complex zoomed web-applications integrated with interior IT-subsystems, softswitches

and server software.

We perform support using the format ‘flex scope’.

This format is time payment of our company specialists’ standard resources used in accordance with the working client’s pricelist.

At this point the project is examined in detail:

we carry out a research and development of key insights and user scenarios;

we develop prototypes;

we develop a technical task;

For open joint-stock company Rostelecom, a design concept of the new service “Web videoconference” was created. All design

layouts for the personal user account and customer administrator as well as interfaces for conducting online web videoconferences

were developed.

Beeline (Broadworks-based control portal for the voice automatic telephone exchange system)

Jointly with Sifox company, our team developed a web application to render “Broadworks-based control portal for the voice

automatic telephone exchange system” service. On the basis of Symfony framework, we performed the front-end interfaces

programming and the back-end integration with Broadworks platform running on OCI-P and CAI3Gtechnologies.

Megafone (Telecommunication products testing platforms)

The target is to implement a convenient service that can demonstrate capabilities of VoIP to control which Broadworks is used.

Within the scope of this project, the following issues were

completed:

— working with users and BWKS groups;

— possibility to connect SIP devices;

— working with a schedule; and

— working with services that process the calls (actions if a number

is busy, successive call-down on subscribers, etc.).

A library is implemented that can easily work with API

Broadworks and just as easily expands; no BWKS functions are

now an issue for this library.
