The ruhashows the way we are viewed in this world due to our overallpersonality and resources as well as due to its use andmodifications.

There are ruha for each of the twelve houses and they representthe images that exist in our minds. For example, the ruha of thefourth house represents the home environment at childhood. If thisis in a sign of Venus then it indicates a strong presence of motherand her family in shaping childhood.

This is a mundane chart and the seven planet carakraka schemeapplies. Note the carakraka replacement where Jupiter (DK) displacesMercury (GK) showing a strong shift in support after Mercury isdisplaced. This shift occurs when the Moon transits signs aspected byRhu. Rhu is the new drkraka filling the slot emptied by theupward movement of Jupiter in the carakraka scheme. When the

Moon transits signs aspected by Rhu, then the negative effects of thecarakraka replacement shall occur. We shall discuss the details of theeffect of this carakraka replacement on Saturday. staff managed to undermine the allegations and discover falsity in vitaldocuments which were presented against him.

2. Aries/Taurus - Sep 29 to Oct 4, 2004:This coincides with the presidential debate that begins at 9 p.m. ET atFlorida's University of Miami. It is expected that John Kerry will clearlysteal an edge over George Bush and further narrow down the pollsmargin to about +2-3 %. This is candrama for George Bush andwill be very detrimental for him.

The vice presidential debate is slated for Oct 5 at Case WesternReserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and although Edwards is

expected to outshine Cheney, this may not happen.3. Leo Oct 9-11, 2004:The second presidential debate is slated for Oct 8 (9 pm ET) atWashington University, St. Louis, Missouri when the Moon is in Aslenakatra which is more favorable for George Bush being in the 11 th

from his natal Moon in Virgo while it is middling for John Kerry. Thedate is outside the danger zone of the carakraka replacement and itis expected that the neck to neck race continues. I wonder whether this will take place at all and if it does then it shallnot be a decisive debate. It is during these dates that Mr. Bush will see the mostproblematic phases, and Mr. Kerry will gain support.

The 3rd lord Saturn (Reagan old man) conjoins the fifth lordJupiter (people vote) in the 10th house indicating that Ronald Reaganthe opposition (republican party) candidate comes to power.

In the 1984 Tithi pravea chart the 10th lord Rhu is very strong inlagna with the fifth lord (people vote) showing that the people shallstrongly vote for a famous president. The 3rd lord Moon is very weak inthe 9th house. Clearly Reagan continues in power.

1988 elections

The 10th and 5th lord Venus is very strong in the 5 th house showing theruling party returning to power. The 3rd lord Jupiter is conjoined theplanets in the 5th house showing that the opposition shall also be verystrong and popular and shall make a very good bid for the presidency.The bdhakea (obstruction) Mars is placed in the 3rd house showingthat there shall be considerable difficulties in the path of the oppositioncandidates. In the 1996 TP chart, the 3rd lord Moon is in the 10th house showing thestrong bid made by the opposition candidate for the presidency.However, the 10th lords Saturn and Rhu are aspecting or placed in the5th hose showing the popular vote going to the ruling party president.The Sun aspecting the 10th lord shows that the power is retained by theruling party.

In the 2000 TP chart, the battle lies are very closely drawn with the 3 rd

& 10th lords in the 10th house with the Sun showing that both theplanets are capable of winning and a stalemate occurs. In such caseswe have to use the rules of conjunction and when Mars the 3 rd lordconjoins Mercury the 10th lord then Mars becomes beneficial and gets

directional strength in the 10th

house (opposition candidate benefits)while Mercury becomes malefic and ruling party candidate suffers.

2004 elections

Once again in the 2004 TP chart the 3 rd and 10th lords Mars andMercury go to battle and the same argument that held the previoustime shall hold good. The battle shall be very close and well fought butthe opposition party candidate, although seeming weak in debility shallwin as it has more directional strength and also gets cancellation ofdebility with the strength of Jupiter in quadrants to the Moon. The Sun-Saturn combination in the 10th house shows that the Republican Partyis a divided house (although this may not show up outwardly) andindicates a negative vote from the people (Saturn is 5 th lord) who donot like strong administrative policies (Sun).
