Ansley Park mansion sells for nearly $2.7 millionJan 20, 2016, 8:00am EST
The mansion at 212 15th Street in Atlanta just sold for $2.68 million — the highest Ansley Park sale on record in First Multiple Listing Service (dating back to 2009).
The 6,103-square foot home was originally built in 1920 and was renovated in 1968 and 1996 by Henri Jova of Jova/Daniels/Busby. It has five bedrooms, five full bath-room and one half bathroom and sits on 0.63 acres.
According to Trulia.com, the average list price for Ansley Park is $958,000. The home was originally listed for $2.95 million.
Mikel Muffley, Realtor and founder of Muffley & Associates Real Estate, represent-ed the buyer in the closing of the home.
