Minimum opening order is $300.00 and minimum re-order is $100.00.

Orders are subject to factory approval.

All product must be ordered in case packs or multiple increases. DPM Fragrance reserves the right to increase quantities to meet the minimum.

First order must be prepaid by check or credit card (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex). Net 30 terms are available on approved accounts for established customers. Unpaid invoices are subject to a monthly 1.5% finance charge. Credit cards are not accepted as payment for terms accounts.

All sales are final. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Refusal of shipment will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Buyer’s shipping address is the sole site authorized for retail sale. Any other location or alternate sales channels must be preapproved.

Claims must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

We retain the right to protect territories for current customers. To be considered a protected account, you must spend $2500 per collection throughout a continuing 6 month period.

Customer is allowed one (1) half price tester for each candle fragrance ordered per PO. Please contact company representative for full tester policy.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping.

For your safety and optimal performance, we urge you to follow these simple instructions: Always allow the wax to completely liquefy across the top before extinguishing. Always keep wick trimmed to �”. Do not drop debris, such as matches or wick trimmings, into the wax.
