    When we simulate TPC with 50 times and 20 sets, result is showed as follow:

    Assume TPC is Normal

    Dicussion:

    In positive correlation condition r = 0.3, the result we got after simulating for total

    cost is different from independent result because the standard deviation is greater than

    the standard of the first case.

    In negative correlation condition r = -0.15, the result we got after simulating for

    total cost is different from independent result because the standard deviation is smaller

    than the standard of the first case.

    Three scenarios show three levels of risk prefer status, the lowest risk seeker or

    risk averse in case of correlation coefficient r = 0.3 and the highest risk seeker or risk

    averse in case of correlation coefficient r = -0.15

    Based on risk assessment, in case of correlation condition r = 0.3, the CDF line islowest, that mean it will be got more uncertainty for decision maker. However, in

    positive risk aspect, decision maker have a trend seek risk to gain more benefit than

    original plan, and otherwise.
