COLLEGE NIGHT WILL BE HELD ON
SEPT. 28 FROM 6-8 PM AT RIDGEVIEW!
8th Grade students accompanied by a family
member are invited! Click picture for all the details.
Kids will leave from RCS and travel to Riverwood via school
bus. Parents will need to pick up their kids at Riverwood. Kids will perform with the Riverwood Band
during 1/2 time. After 1/2 time, kids may stay and play with
Riverwood in the stand during 2nd
Half or leave with their parents.
Our Music Groups are performing from 4:30 to 5:00 pm. Students
should arrive by 3:45 for set up
and warm ups.

Flu Shot Clinic at Ridgeview
October 12th Letters were sent home last week with your students. A Parent or Guardian must fill out the form that you received and return it to the school clinic. This allows the school to send home an information packet about the shot and a consent form to allow your student to receive the shot. If you need a new information letter/form, please click this LINK and print the form. Please turn this in as soon as possible. The deadline for the CONSENT form (from the information PACKET) is Friday, September 29th.

SCHOOL-BASED HEALTH CENTER (SBHC) NEEDS SURVEY FOR RIDGEVIEW
Ridgeview is being considered for a School-Based Health Center.
A SBHC is a full-service medical facility that can perform things such
as asthma treatment, illness diagnosis and treatment, physicals,
immunizations, and other such things that a medical facility would
typically provide. As part of the consideration process, our cluster
nurse has organized a needs survey for parents.

Nuestros grupos musicales van a
tocar de 4:30 a 5:00pm. Los
estudiantes deben estar a las

Vacunas contra la Gripe en Ridgeview
12 de octubre La semana pasada enviamos cartas a casa con sus estudiantes sobre la posibilidad de vacunar a sus hijos en la escuela. Los padres/tutores deben llenar la hoja que recibieron y devolverla a la clínica de Ridgeview. Los padres interesados en que sus hijos se vacunen contra la gripe recibirán, posteriormente, información adicional y el permiso para la vacunación. Si necesitan una nueva carta informativa, hagan clic en este ENLACE e impriman la hoja. Agradeceríamos que sean devueltas a la escuela lo
antes posible. El permiso debe ser entregado a la escuela a más tardar el viernes, 29 de septiembre.
CENTRO DE SALUD DEL ESTUDIANTE
ENVÍA ENCUESTA PARA RIDGEVIEW Ridgeview está siendo considerado para tener un
Centro de Salud en la escuela. Este centro médico
proporcionaría tratamientos, diagnósticos, exámenes
físicos, vacunas y otro tipo de asistencia médica que
normalmente prestan otros centros médicos. Como
parte del proceso de consideración la enfermera de
nuestro agrupamiento de escuelas preparó una
encuesta para los padres de Ridgeview. ¡Necesitamos
sus comentarios.
