Existing Attendance Management System of theInstitute is totally working manually. All theInformation’s are handled manually in the registers

or other documents.

The process of the work is mainly divided in twoparts, first is to take attendance on sheet & enter

details into the registers. And then at the end of thesession or semester attendance is calculatedmanually & reports are generated



Is there no solution for the reducingthe complexity of this system???

This student attendance system is a comprehensive

student class attendance management system and its

a tracking software solution that helps the teacher to

mark the class attendance easily and instantly.

this online attendance system has some more

advantages

One amongst them is that the teacher can

insert grades of students into system and students can

have a glance at their attendance

whenever they want.

Scope



This system is intended for schools or universities. It

helps

instructors for controlling absence of student and also

help parent controlling the attendance of his child and

learn child success in school. This system is new

student attendance system,

technology help us in this subject.



In this system there are mainly four entities; secretary,

student,

instructor and course. Every school or department has asecretary or a admin for entering data into system. In

this attendance system

this job is done by secretary.



The system keeps some personal information of

secretary. The secretary has a name, surname, phone

number, email address, office number and unique

secretary staff number. Secretary is the

most powerful person in this system.



The secretary can;

Add student information into system

Add parent information into system

Search student with student id or name or class Search parents with student id, class, parent name and more

Delete any information in the system

Edit student information

Edit parent information

Add course

Open courses sections Add students into sections

Add academicians Search academician with name or academic id Edit academician information



The second entity is student. System also keeps some specific

student information like first name, surname, class birth date and

unique student ID, username and password. In this system every

student have a personal webpage, this page includes

his personal information, his grades and also his attendance

Information on each course. Each student can access all of these, he

should just login with own

username and password.



The other entity is parent. While student registration operation,

also a student parent must be registered to the system. Secretary

enter to the system these parent information; name, surname, and

contact information address, email, phone number and degree of

relationship with the student. In this system every parent has a

special username and password and webpage. When a parent

wants to know his child information he just be login to the system

with own username



Our last entity is courses. System keep information of

courses; credit, weekly hour, course code,course

name ,semester and year. The course information is

entered to the system by the secretary.



This Application is built for automating the processingof attendance. It also enhances the speed of theperforming attendance task easily.

It also generates periodic reports to keep a check onthe students who are regular & who are not

This system is very useful to the office staff alsobecause they can generate various types of reports

and submit them to respective faculties also or alsocan be submitted to the College Coordinator.



A Computer can work more efficiently thencompared to a human being so humanresources are saved

Data accuracy is maintained

Data can be accessed easily and randomly

Unauthorized persons cannot access the data
