We are aware of the litigation concerning Mr. Leonard, however, Tytan Internationalis NOT Tytan Holdings, Inc. and under the SEC rules it states that we must disclose litigation concerning the Issuerand any litigation that could affect the Issuer. Inc.) and I have been in litigation with Mark Leonard DBA Tytan International and Tytan InternationalInc. since 2008. Kittitas Superior Court #08-‐2-‐-‐00408-‐5. Case is now moved to Arbitration. Mr.Leonard is claiming my company has impacted the past and future business of the company to ansignificant extent due to slander. We counter claim wrongful termination under Washington StateLaw. Cowlitz Bank filed for foreclosure on the $700k line of credit days after the Q2 was issued. You maywant to look into this as well.Cowlitz County Superior Court #10-2-01361-1
