We hope that you will all have fun tonight and that, in the process, we will raise as much money as we can to fund the extra projects the School have planned for the

Diamond Jubilee and Olympics, amongst other things.

In our auction we have Lots for all interests and budgets. We are very grateful to all parents, friends, teachers and local businesses whose generosity and support have

been fantastic!

and then listen out for the Auctioneer’s announcement. Raise your paddle to bid (the number is registered to you so ensure you use yours!)

The winning bidder will be recorded, and will be contacted after the auction with the contact details of the Promise Donor.

Payment

All payment and distribution of items will take place on the evening and the week following the Auction at School unless a separate arrangement is made.

• FOSMAS, the school or auctioneer accept NO responsibility or liability from the use of any of the goods or services offered in the auction nor will any compensation be payable to anyone attending or participating in the auction.

• The winning bidder must make contact with the donor within 3 months of the auction (7th June 2011) and all prizes must be taken by the end of 2012 unless separate negotiations are made.

• The highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer in the live auction or a Committee Member in the silent auction, shall be the purchaser.

• The Auctioneer or Committee’s decision is final. • All promises included in the programme are done so in good faith. FOSMAS,
