SUNDAY 01 + MONDAY 02 AUGUST

Arrive into Frankfurt on Sunday. From here the group will be

transferred to Nurburg where you can spend the afternoon relaxing at the hotel or exploring the town of Nurburg. In the evening, you will dine at Restaurant Pistenklaus, a Nurburg institution owned by the famous Schmitz family. Explore decades and eras of F1 memorabilia over their renowned hot stone steak. Perhaps you’ll even bump into Sabine Schmitz, nicknamed ‘the Queen of the ‘Ring’, after covering over 50,000 trips around the circuit.

On Monday you will take on the infamous Nurburgring. Originally constructed in 1925, the 'Ring' is one of the most respected and revered circuits in modern motorsport. The 20.8km track features a myriad of tight switchbacks, exhilarating straights, and long sweeping bends – a true feast for any motoring enthusiast. The track also features a selection of unique

racing corners – including the famous Karussell, a 270-degree tight banked curve that replicates G-forces more commonly felt by fighter pilots than racing drivers.

Following breakfast, you will meet for a driver briefing with professional racing instructors. They'll also be on hand throughout the day to help you to develop your skills. The vehicles and instructors cater to all driving abilities, from a keen novice to seasoned racers, and over the course of day, you’ll cover approximately 216kms (10 laps). Nicknamed ‘the Green Hell’, this circuit is both challenging and incredibly long, so make sure to pace yourself!

After a day of adrenaline on the track, unwind and share stories on the terrace of the Lindner, before sitting down for dinner at Restaurant Nuvolari. Here, you will enjoyed creative international cuisine in a relaxed fine-dining environment.

R O A D T R I P F R O M T H E N U R B U R G I N G T O S PA

Today you will depart on a drive experience from Nurburg to Spa,

via the fantastic backroads of Germany and Belgium. Piloting your chosen vehicle, we will depart in the morning for a cruise around the Nürburgring to visit all three tracks: the Nordschleife, the forgotten Südschleife, and the Formula One Grand Prix Track. Enjoy the twists and turns of the surrounding fabulous roads, make pit stops at important parts of the track, and pass by some of the (often secret) manufacturer testing bases scattered around the 'Ring'.

From here, the group will continue west through the famed Mosel wine region and onto the Eifel mountain range in Germany, which connects though to the Ardennes in Belgium. Driving a mix of fast-paced autobahns, meandering country backroads and tighter alpine roads, you will be able to experience your car’s handling and capabilities in a number of different environments that

differ to the track. This is the perfect time to enjoy the car, the drive, and the beautiful scenery.

In the afternoon, the drive will conclude with a visit to Spa, including both the new track and also sections of the roads that used to make up the old track. This is a great way to get a feel for the rich history of this magnificent track, experiencing what the old racing drivers used to as they raced their way around these fearsome roads.

Later towards the evening you will arrive at your residence for the following two nights – Manoir de Lebioles. This 19th century, 5-star residence is hidden amongst parklands just outside Spa. Known as one of the most beautiful buildings in the region, the Manoir has housed both diplomats and aristocrats over the last century. It has undergone extensive renovations to become the stunning hotel in which you will stay.

On Tuesday, you will enjoy a closed-track experience at one of the

most famous circuits in Formula 1 – Circuit de Spa Francorchamps. Home to the Belgium Grand Prix, the Spa 24 Hours, and various other endurance races, this Circuit is held in high regard by many motorsport drivers. Six-time F1 Champion Lewis Hamilton calls Spa his “favourite place on Earth”.

After a thorough briefing, you will get behind the wheel of your chosen vehicle for the day. As with the Nurburgring experience, professional racing instructors will be on hand to guide you through the intricacies of both the circuit and the vehicle you will be piloting. You will also have the opportunity to complete a guided track walk after the briefing and before getting behind the wheel.

Among many incredible sections of tarmac on this 7km long circuit, we guarantee you will love the opportunity

to blast through Eau Rouge – one of the most heralded circuit corners in all of motorsport. This corner is renowned for its fast uphill nature, which creates twisting G-forces more akin to a roller coaster than a racetrack.

After this bucket-list track experience, the group will return to your stately residence to spend a second blissful evening taking in the sunset over the forest while sipping a well-earned cold drink. Later that evening the group will sit down to a gourmet dining experience at the hotel's award-winning restaurant. Enjoy the final dining experience together as guests share stories about their experiences over the past couple of days.

On Wednesday morning, you can enjoy a sleep-in and leisurely breakfast before departing on onward travel plans. A group transfer will be provided back to Frankfurt for those flying home that day.

What type of guests do you have on tour?

Our tours are a mix of guests from around the world. We have friends, family, business associates, and more attend, including plenty of couples. While we do recommend sharing the experience with a partner, friend or group, we can also cater for drivers coming on their own. Ultimately our groups are made up of like-minded people who share a passion for motoring as well as the finer things in life. Many go on to keep in contact after the tour and become life-long friends.

How does pricing work?

Your tour package is priced per person and based on two options - either two drivers sharing one car (if you come in a couple or pair and wish to share the laps), or you driving your own vehicle.

As outlined above and in the Finer Details section, your Tour Investment will be comprised of the Tour Package as well as your chosen Accommodation and Dining Package, and any Optional Add-Ons you wish to include.

Where do we stay and eat?

The places you stay each evening and the restaurants in which you dine should complement your overall experience. As such, our team seeks out the most luxurious hotels in the regions we visit. Dining is always a social affair, pairing gourmet cuisine with fine wine, over which the group can share stories and experiences. Guests will always stay and dine together; the only difference with package options is the room category and occupancy type, as well as extras.

UDT takes your health and safety seriously. In light of the current pandemic, we have implemented a number of health and safety practices for both guests and staff. These include:

We also require venues and suppliers to follow health and safety procedures, and request guests similarly act responsibly in terms of informing us if you feel unwell in the lead up to or during an event, or have had close contact with a confirmed or suspected case.

Lastly, on our events we avoid big cities and crowded places where possible. If feasible, we also book exclusive use of hotels, restaurants and experiences, or request separate, private spaces for our guests.
