Special Events

Paint & Pour: Create a masterpiece with family and friends! Our Art Instructor will walk you through step-by-step in a fun, laid-back environment. No painting skills are required, and we’ll provide all the supplies needed. Two glasses of wine, water, soda and our famous Chex Mix are provided for each participant to enjoy while painting! You get to take the logoed apron home too! $55 per person. Ofered in the Painting Studio, located in the Recreation Building, every Tursday from 2:00pm-4:00pm. Must be 12 years of age or older; if under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Reservations required.

Cruise on Lady Liberty: A cruise on Lady Liberty is a memory in the making. Te ambiance of our custom built 62’ luxury yacht may feel like going back in time, but it’s fully equipped with modern comforts. Enjoy a delectable brunch or dinner while cruising Table Rock Lake. Brunch cruises are ofered every Saturday from 10:00am-11:30am. August 1st-10th, dinner cruises are ofered every Tuesday, Tursday and Saturday from 7:30pm-9:00pm. August 13th-31st, dinner cruises are ofered every Tuesday, Tursday and Saturday from 7:00pm-8:30pm. Boarding begins thirty minutes prior to listed departure time at Long Creek Marina. All passengers must be able to navigate stairs and a minimum number of participants must be met. Reservations required.

Garden Chapel Sunday Service: Join us for a nondenominational service in the gorgeous Garden Chapel. Service is ofered every Sunday at 9:00am. Contact our shuttle service to drop you of or parking is available in the Devil’s Pool Restaurant upper parking lot.

Beer & Bingo: Join the Big Cedar Activities Team to play multiple games and styles of Bingo while enjoying a beer. Great prizes will be awarded. Tis activity and frst beer are complimentary. Additional beer will be available for $5 per beer. Ofered in the Table Rock Event

Kid Friendly & Family Fun Welcome Table: After checking in, the Big Cedar Activities Team will be glad to greet you and fll you in on all the great activities taking place during your stay. Tis activity is complimentary and does not require reservations. Ofered in the Registration Building every Friday from 3:00pm-4:00pm.

Family Fun Campfre: Bring the whole family for s’mores around the campfre. Tis activity is complimentary. Ofered on the Swimmin’ Hole Lawn every Friday and Saturday from 8:30pm-9:30pm. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Kids’ Bingo: Parents, while enjoying Beer & Bingo, drop the kids of for some Bingo fun of their own! Fun prizes will be awarded. $10 per child; includes snacks. Ofered at the Kids’ Nature Discovery Center, located at Big Cedar Fun Mountain, every Monday at 3:00pm. Reservations required.

Kids’ Passport to Adventure: Ready to become a member of the coolest club around? Stop by Guest Services and pick up your very own Passport to Adventure! Tis will lead you on many wonderful adventures with your family while working your way towards earn-ing some awesome prizes! Ofered year-round for children ages 4-12. Stop by Guest Services for more information.

Kids’ Fishing: Tis is the perfect opportunity for your child to catch their frst fsh and participate in a biggest fsh and casting competition. Tis activity is complimentary and poles and bait are provided. Ofered at the Kids’ Fishing Pond to children ages 3-14 every Sunday and Tursday at 10:00am and 11:30am. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Reservations required.

Black Light in the Night Scavenger Hunt: Grab your teammates and race other teams around the Big Cedar property for special items only the black light can help you fnd! $15 per person. Two to six members per team. Ofered on the Swimmin’ Hole Lawn every Tuesday, Tursday and Saturday at 8:30pm. Flashlights will be provided and prizes will be awarded to the winning teams! Appropriate footwear is strongly recommended. Reservations required.

Archery Tag: Bring the whole family and learn how to play the newest, hottest game out there. Archery tag is played with a bow and foam-tipped arrows used to “tag” the opposing team members. $10 per person, per allotted 30-minute game time. Ofered at the Fun Mountain Outdoor Archery Tag Arena to adults and children ages 10 and up every Tuesday and Saturday at 10:00am. Reservations required.

Movie on the Lawn & Popcorn Bar: Join us for our popcorn bar and a movie under the stars. Enjoy a game of family movie trivia before the movie begins and test your knowledge to win fun glow in the dark prizes! Tis activity is complimentary. Ofered on the Swimmin’ Hole Lawn every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Te popcorn bar and trivia begins at 7:30pm. Te family movie will begin at Dusk. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Family Fun on the Lawn: Bring the whole family for some summer fun on the lawn. We’ll have games, crafts and much more! Join us to fnd out what exciting things we’re doing today! Cozy Critter Workshop: Come pick out and build a new furry friend to take home as a memorable keepsake. $30 per stufed animal; includes animal, stufng activity and one outft. Ofered at the at the Kids’ Nature Discovery Center, located at Big Cedar Fun Mountain, every Saturday from 1:00pm-2:00pm. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Reservations required.

Dorothy Worman Nature Walk Scavenger Hunt: Grab your camera, a Big Cedar property map and a clue sheet from Guest Services to embark on a fun adventure around the Big Cedar Lodge property! For this photo scavenger hunt, you’ll solve riddles to fnd some of Dorothy Worman’s favorite spots here at Big Cedar. Take a picture at each clue location for memories to last a lifetime! Once all the clues have been found, visit Guest Services to claim a special prize! Tis activity is complimentary. Ofered daily. Visit Guest Services to pick up a clue sheet today!

Tie-Dye: Ever wanted to learn how to tie-dye? Here’s your chance! Te Big Cedar Activities Team will guide you through the process and you’ll get to make your own tie-dye shirt to take home! Family Pottery Festivity: Come and pick from a variety of diferent pottery styles to hand paint. Our Activities Team will provide you with symbols that Native Americans often used in their art pieces to honor Mother Nature or create your very own design! Prices vary per item. Sweet Dreams from Willow: Your child can receive a special visit from Osage Native American, Willow. She will come by your room and share one of her favorite traditions, the Wish Cookie, along with a bedtime story. She will also bring a sweet stufed animal for your child! $20 per child. Limit 20 minutes per room. Available for ages 12 and under every Monday-Saturday from 7:00pm-10:00pm. Reservations required.

Table Rock Luau: Aloha! Enjoy a short guided boat trip to our Big Cedar Chuckwagon Site where we’ll have a campfre with s’mores, live entertainment, lawn games, limbo and other fun activities! After the luau, enjoy a tram ride back to the Swimmin’ Hole Lawn. Bring the whole family for this one-of-a-kind Table Rock luau experience! $20 per person. Ofered every Tursday from 6:30pm-8:00pm. Fun and Games: From an underwater-themed round of bowling to a friendly competition at the laser tag arena, Big Cedar’s 50,000-square-foot adventure complex ofers countless activities for you and your family. For the child and the child at heart, the fip and spin zone bumper cars will fll you with laughter and memories to last a lifetime. Hit the 4,000-square-foot arcade, featuring 60+ of the best virtual and interactive games, try out the golf simulator or enjoy a round of billiards. Ancient Ozarks Natural History Museum: Centuries before Europeans ever touched these shores, unimaginable beasts roamed this land. Years later cave dwellers, then Native Americans, made their home in these Ozark hills. Te Ancient Ozarks Natural History Museum will bring you face-to-face with prehistoric creatures and astounding collections of Native American artifacts and artwork as well as expansive

Big Cedar Golf Top of the Rock Golf Course: Tis Jack Nicklaus 9-Hole Signature Course is the frst par-3 course to be included in a professional championship and features nature and golf at its fnest. Before you get out on the course, practice your swing at the Arnold Palmer Driving Range, included with your round at Top of the Rock. 10 fully-lit target greens ranging from 55 to 285 yards away ofer a challenge for players of all levels. Guided Bowfshing: Try a new take on fshing with one of the fastest-growing outdoor sports in the country – bowfshing. Specialized equipment turns the bow and arrows you already know into fshing machines. Bowfshing combines a high-performance bow with a heavy-duty arrow tipped with a specialized fshing broadhead, which is tied to heavy fshing line fed out of a fshing reel attached to the bow. Combining the fun of archery with reeling in big fsh, bowfshing is a new experience you will defnitely want to try! $300; limited to two people per boat plus guide. Fitness Scenic Nature Walk at Top of the Rock: Join us for a leisurely two-and-a-half mile guided adventure along the Lost Canyon Cave and Nature Trail. Tis scenic walk will relax your mind and body as you enjoy extraordinary views of Table Rock Lake, stunning waterfalls and rock formations, and the breathtaking Lost Canyon Cave featuring a cascading four-story waterfall. Ofered every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday at 12:00pm and every Wednesday and Tursday at 10:30am and 12:00pm. Visit the Fitness Center or the Big Cedar website for our full ftness class schedule. Must be at least 16 years old to participate. Lasts approximately one hour and forty-fve minutes. Meet at the Top of the Rock Welcome Center. Reservations required.

Wellness Classes: Join us for workouts that will help you relax, reenergize and get ft. HIIT (high intensity interval training): a 30-minute circuit based class utilizing timed exercises to get the most results in the shortest amount of time. Ab Lab: Amp up your core

strength, balance and posture, in a focused 15-minute workout. Wednesday: HIIT at 9:00am; Ab Lab at 9:30am. Friday: Dance Fitness at 9:00am; Barre Fitness at 10:00am. Wellness Classes are complimentary for Big Cedar Lodge guests only. Wilderness Club, Te Clifs, Paradise Point and all other guests may enjoy our Wellness Classes for $10 per person. PaddleFit Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP): Join us on beautiful Table Rock Lake for one of the fastest growing and newest forms of water sports and ftness all in one. It’s a fun and easy way to play on the water while experiencing an amazing full body workout. It’s gentle, non-impact and suitable for everyone. No experience is required. $30 per person. Ofered every Tuesday, Tursday and Saturday at 8:30am. On Tuesdays and Saturdays if the 8:30am class flls up and has an overfow of at least 4 participants, a 10:00am class will be added. Shooting Academy Te Bass Pro Shops Shooting Academy is a stunning outdoor playground for sportsmen and outdoor enthusiasts of all skill-levels. It teaches safety and ofers training and experience in all shooting disciplines including ATA Trap, Wobble Trap, American Skeet, 5 Stand and Sporting Clays. Shotguns, ammunition, clay targets and all required safety gear are available, or bring your own! Prices vary per activity. Te Shooting Academy is open daily from 9:00am-5:00pm, weather permitting. Age restrictions: Must be able to safely control a frearm. Recommended 14 years of age or older to participate.
