Even with the resizing, local districts have seen an 18% cut in reimbursement for special education costs in 2011-12 (82% reimbursement)
Local districts are projected to see an additional 7% cut in reimbursement for special education costs in 2012-13 (approximate 75% reimbursement)
Should this fail, and no other millage passes, an additional 50% cut is projected in 2013-14 (approximate32% reimbursement)
