Good Afternoon Herk Bouris Families,

Our school is growing at a very rapid rate. We are adding two more classrooms and possibly a

third. One of our staff members accepted a new position yesterday and we are working at hiring

a replacement. With all these changes, it was impossible to prepare an accurate mailer to go

home to inform parents about student class assignments. In order for us to be have the most

accurate information the school will hand out class assignment information on Friday, August 14

starting at 1:00 pm. until 6:00 pm for all first through fifth grade students.

Our Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten students will get their class assignments during

the Meet & Greet sessions on Friday, August 14. The AM Meet & Greet will begin at 10:00 am

and the PM Meet & Greet will begin at 1:00 pm.

Our solar project just began and we are losing a large portion of our parking lot for the next 90

days. The construction manager told me that the delay in starting the project was that the plan

approvals were held up at the State Department. Please plan on utilizing street parking or

walking if at all possible.

Any families that are unable to come to the school on August 14, we will have your information

available on the first day of school in the office.
