(2) All records r.;reated as a result of this Order shall be classified For Official Use Only (!"QUO) because of t he pet·sonal information contained therein and will be viewed by Commanding Officers, Senior Enlisted/Sergeants Major , the Unit SACO, and Tr eatment Personne l only.

e . !::very Marine in the Command will be tested at leas t twice a year . If the co authori~es more than 2 tests per Marine per year, testing suppl ies will have to be purchased with unit funds . The Substance Abuse Contro l Center (SACC) "'ill on l y provide supplies for the required testing ratio (every Marine t\oJice a year} .

f . The ASPC wi ll be responsible for accountability and the maintenance cf the testing devlces . This includes makiny sure the devices are calibrated on a regular basis and keeping ca l ibration maintenance loq!::l .

g . The ASP testing will take place at the same time of the ur i nalysis testing when poss;ble, but each program will be faci l itated by a different coordinator . Urinalysis coordinators and ASPCs will repon: all testing resul t s co the un i t SACO . The unit SACO wH l be responsible f or the compilation of the information and the reporting of this information to the SACC and the unit co .

h. The unit SACO will provide reports no later t han seven (7) days aftet the end of the month to the SACC and t he commanding Officer of the unit .

i . In the ~ase of the Squadrons that conduct ur i nalysis test in the afternoon, the ll.SPC wil l conduct his t est in the morning (separated ±rom the urinalysis testinq) .

j . The ASPC ;,ill utilize the Department of Defense drug tesU ng program applicalion t o conduct the random sel ection of the Mar i nes tc be tested. A separa t e database f rom the one used for the uri nalysis prograrn could be created . As the ASPC conduc t s the tests f or the first ha l t ot the year he will track all Marines that have been tested a nd ensure that 100% of the personnel are tested for chat period ot time . At the end of the first half of the year the process wi ll start over . This will ensure every t1arine is tested at least twice a year .

k . The unit SACO wi l l make sure the ASP is been implemented based on the guidance from t he Commandant of the Marine Corps (reb 2013 SOP, May 201J LOl l.
