On behalf of the Board of the Australian Beverages Council (Beverages Council), incorporating the divisions of the Australasian Bottled Water Institute and Fruit Juice Australia, I invite you to be part of ausdrinks 2012 through a range of key sponsorship and exhibition packages.

As the premier conference for the non-alcoholic beverage industry, ausdrinks brings together key personnel involved in water and juice-based beverage manufacturing, along with representatives from supplier companies, industry related bodies and trade media. Held every two years, the event attracts a loyal following together with a growing number of new delegates involved in our vibrant and dynamic industry.

The 2012 ausdrinks event has been reinvigorated with a world class two day conference program featuring international and national speakers. The program addresses issues that have a direct impact on the industry, be they related to production, technical issues, marketing, health and wellness or regulatory affairs. The condensed networking program will allow companies a

powerful platform for profiling their organisation as well as providing unique opportunities to establish new business contacts with like-minded industry professionals.

Unlike previous years, ausdrinks 2012 will offer exhibitors a unique ‘table top’ display opportunity. The Beverages Council has listened to feedback from past exhibitors and is sensitive to the time and resource commitments that trade shows and exhibitions require, particularly in the current economic climate. As in past years, delegate traffic flow in and out of the conference rooms and all catering placement has been designed to give maximum exposure for both sponsors and exhibitors in the display hall.

This year’s event offers various levels of involvement which are outlined in this prospectus. If there are other ways in which you would like to participate or build on the packages outlined within the prospectus, the ausdrinks team would be happy to consider a tailor made package to suit you. Aimed at key decision makers in the non- alcoholic beverage industry who want to challenge the way they approach business and meet and network with like-minded people, the ausdrinks conference and exhibition display is expected to attract 150 industry professionals and will include:• CEOs• Sales Executives• Marketing Executives• Procurement Executives• Beverage Innovators• Operations DirectorsOther attendees include ingredient and service suppliers to the beverage industry, consultants, media and industry related government and regulatory bodies.

The sponsorship program is structured to ensure maximum exposure and visibility for each organisation during the conference, demonstrating

your commitment to the industry. Opportunities are limited and will be available on a first come - first served basis.

THE EXHIBITION

After listening to feedback from past exhibitors and knowing about the time and resource commitments an exhibition requires in today’s economic climate, ausdrinks 2012 will offer exhibitors for the first time a unique ‘table top’ display opportunity. Every sponsor and exhibitor will be provided with a trestle table (clothed and skirted) surrounded by ½ metre of display space. This set up offers a variety of different display options be that a static, passive display of company brochures or something more imaginative and active. The options are only limited to a trestle table, imagination and budget.

The table top display hall will be held in Grand 3 and 4 of the Sebel Albert Park, Melbourne. This will be the central meeting point for all delegates and will be where all catering breaks will be held. Delegates will also have to enter the table top display hall to attend conference sessions. Breakfast, lunch and all refreshment breaks will also be held in the display hall as well as the cocktail event and all other networking drinks.

Exhibition space will be allocated only on receipt of the signed application form. A letter of confirmation will be provided to confirm receipt of booking registration together with a tax invoice. Final confirmation will be provided once total amount payable has been received. Sponsors requesting display space will receive first preference. No exhibitor will be allowed to begin move-in operations until full payment is made. In the event of cancellation, a fee of 25% will be charged.
