This is an austere (meaning resource poor, limited communications, get you hands dirty, and do things that are outside your comfort zone) medical weekend. All medicine is going to be done in a “Start to Finish” methodology meaning beginners to professional providers are welcome and will be able to get something out of this. We are also trying to limit lectures and maximizing hands on education as much as possible.

This event is rain or shine.

A list of items you will need to bring will be provided. All program materials, safety equipment, and items will be provided. If you have something you would like to bring let us know.

Check In:

When you arrive please park in the assigned parking lot as directed. Proceed to the check in booth to sign in. We will need your Eventbrite ticket, drivers license, and medical certification Card (EMT or Paramedic) if you are getting CEUs. You will be asked to sign a liability waiver.

When you are finished the registration process, you will be given a campsite and lean-to (if your not using your own tent). You will then be able to move your equipment to your campsite.

Participant vehicles are not permitted in camp. We will have someone there to help you with your gear using a ATV type vehicle.

Friday Night check In will be 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Please make arrangements with us if you are going to arrive later than 7:30pm. Friday night sessions begin at 8:00 pm.
