THE AUSTRALIAN INTERNATIONAL AEROSPACE CONGRESS (AIAC)

The Australian International Aerospace Congress (AIAC) series is the pre-eminent aerospace forum in the region and is held in conjunction with the Australian International Airshow at Avalon. The eighteenth in the series, AIAC18 has been organised to provide significant technical and business opportunities for aerospace professionals worldwide, but particularly for those in the Australasian region.

AIAC18 will be held over four days. The first two days will comprise “Written Paper Presentations” at the Crown Conference Centre, Melbourne, Australia, from 24-26 February 2019. The final two days will comprise “Application Technology Presentations” in conjunction with the Australian International Airshow and Aerospace & Defence Exposition from 27-28 February 2019 at Avalon.

Sponsorship and Exhibition Application Terms and ConditionsApplication Procedure: Please complete and sign the application form on the next page and send it via email. A tax invoice will be issued upon receipt.

Sponsorship acceptance is subject to the review and approval of the Organisers.

Goods & Services Tax (GST): All sponsorship items include a 10% goods and services tax consistent with Australia’s consumer tax system.

Conditions of Payment: Full payment must be received within 30 days from the invoiced date for the application to be considered.

All payments must be made in Australian Dollars.

Cancellation Policy: If you would like to request the cancellation of your sponsorship application, please submit a written request for cancellation specifying the reason for cancellation.

The cancellation request is subject to the approval of the committee on the condition that none of the sponsorship arrangements have been delivered upon and can be resold.

Note:

• 50% of the contracted amount will be retained for cancellation requests between 12 to 3 months prior to the event

• 100% of the contracted amount will be retained for cancellation requests received 3 months prior to the event
