Handling shuttle Fast Ring

The racking is calculated taking into consideration not only the loads of goods and handling equipment, but also the external agents (snow, wind, earthquakes).It is designed in such a way to support cladding walls and roofs becoming thus a real building.

Fast Ring is a handling system installed at the head of an AS/RS, which allows greater flexibility and speed between the stacker cranes and the external systems.

Multi-depth AS/RS

The AS/RS for pallets and bins are served by stacker cranes, with a single or double mast frame depending on the needs of the system.Stacker cranes are equipped with telescopic forks for loading and unloading operations in single or double depth racks.

The system uses shuttles to store and pick up the load units autonomously.It is thus possible to store on each level a large number of pallets in depth, optimizing all the available storage space.

Miniload stacker cranes are characterized by a high speed in order to ensure low picking-storage times and high dynamic performance.They also are equipped with picking devices, which vary depending on the characteristics of the load units and handling requirements.

These are AS/RS with special stacker cranes depending on the load units to be handled, such as reels, long units, packages, wooden sheets, etc.
