Balshi, DDS, PhD, FACP Dr. Balshi is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and founder of Prosthodontics Intermedica in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. He also serves as director of the Institute for Facial Esthetics in Fort Washington, where he established dental training programs for surgical and prosthodontics residents from around the world. He earned his DDS from Temple in 1972. Dr. Balshi’s groundbreaking work led to the development of exclusive implant treatment protocols including Teeth in a Day™ for accelerated rehabilitation and No BoneZ Solution™ to eliminate the need for extensive bone grafting. Dr. Burt Melton, DDS Dr. Melton is a member of the American College of Prosthodontics, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry and the Southwest Academy of Restorative Dentistry. For 28 years, Dr. Finger has been a Professor at LSU Medical Center, where he was Director of the Graduate Program in Prosthodontics. He has lectured extensively, both nationally and internationally, and has authored numerous journal articles and contributed to textbooks. Mr. Robert Kreyer, CDT Mr. Kreyer is a third generation dental technician, a member of the American Prosthodontic Society, Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and past Chair of the The American College of Prosthodontists Dental Technician Alliance. Robert has received several industry awards, published numerous articles on removable prosthodontics and writes a technical column for Inside Dental Technology. He has been extensively involved in the development of interactive, navigable electronic education programs on topics such as “3D Tooth Atlas”, “3D Cranial Nerves and Brain Stem” and “Oral Cancer Screening”.
