At Trustpower Baypark, we deliver the best of both worlds. Our premier and contemporary conference facility is located in New Zealand’s fastest growing city with the country’s favourite Mount holiday beach right on its doorstep. Plus the compact nature of the Tauranga region means our conference facilities are in close proximity to Tauranga airport, CBD and extensive accommodation options.

On-site, the multi-use portfolio of Trustpower Baypark rooms means we can accommodate indoor and outdoor activities of almost any type, scale and duration including sport, leisure, entertainment and business events.

Corporate events including conferences, meetings, awards, trade shows, exhibitions and gala dinners are superbly catered for. A dedicated in-house management team, acclaimed full catering service and audio visual capabilities, enhance the quality and experience that is Trustpower Baypark.

Entertainment

The Lion Foundation Centre offers retractable and fixed seating for up to 4,400. Space can be divided into two/three for smaller events. Recessed stage, two big screens, technical infrastructure, media facilities and engineered acoustic treatment ensures the delivery of high-quality audio visual productions.

In addition, major outdoor concerts are staged in the Stadium and outdoor sports fields. Events up to 1,000 are held in the Stadium Lounge. All of the venues are utilised together for major festivals. On-site and off-site audio visual services are available with BayAudioVisual.

Exhibitions

Up to 450 stands can be accommodated utilising the TECT Auditorium and Lion Foundation Centre. Combined, a carpeted area of 6,932m2. Plentiful natural light, clear span truss system, spacious control rooms. Easy access for exhibitors, 5,000 free on-site carparks.

Conferences and Meetings

A range of venues available for 12 - 1,200+ delegates. The Arena Suites provide four interconnectable rooms with wide circulation areas offering a variety of combinations to suit varying needs. Each suite is configured with a screen, projector, high-speed internet access and sound system. Trustpower Arena can be configured in classroom or theatre for large conferences and is able to accommodate trade displays and catering together. A range of break-out rooms are available.

Catered Events

Trustpower Baypark recognises that great food is fundamental to the success of any event. Our award winning Executive Chef heads a talented in-house catering team who are committed to producing culinary excellence. Catering options range from café style dining to full gala dinners up to 1,500. There is a wide range of menus and beverages available or if preferred the team can produce a tailor-made menu to suit your needs. This includes special dietary requirements, cultural or themed events. BayCatering is also fully equipped to deliver off-site catering services from small functions to conferences and special events.
