Guidance • Normally it can be used with 0.1 to 2.0 wt% of the cement. • The best formulation should be made on site after

Introduction BxCon SP (PCE Powder) BxCon SP is a general powdered PCE with great dispersion ability, It has great performance in workability and mechanical strength, can improve the flowability dramatically and satisfy different requirements after mixes with water.

The product is widely used in Dry mortar and concrete systems which has high performance requirements.

Packaging, Storage and safety instructions

BxCon SP is packed in multiply paper bags with an inner polyethylene bag, net weight 25Kg. The empty bags can be recycled or burned. When stored in closed containers, or in its original packaging in dry place at room temperature, BxCon SP can be kept for a long time, but we recommend using it within one year. BxCon SP is non-toxic, non-irritating, no-combustible. Keep the product away from eyes, mouth and skin carefully when use. Protective gloves and glasses are recommended. Rinse out with plenty of water after accidentally touched.

Application recommendation

BxCon SP should be mixed with other dry ingredients. It’s minimal dosage usually varies from 0.1% ~ 0.3% of the total weight of binders. However, the actual dosage should be determined through suitable tests for different products and application.
