BARANGAY ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION NO. _____Series of 2015

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED SUB-PROJECT OF THE BARANGAY TO KALAHICIDSS NCDDP

WHEREAS, the barangay is currently implementing the Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services National Community Driven Development Program (KALAHI-CIDSS NCDDP), one of the three core programs for poverty alleviation of the Department of Social Welfare and Development;

WHEREAS, through series of activities, the barangay, spearheaded by its community volunteers and barangay officials, has able to identify their problems and agree on appropriate solutions;

WHEREAS, among those solutions, they have successfully prepared a complete project proposal and documentary attachments for the sub-project titled: Ensuring Community Safety through Installation of Street Lights.

WHEREAS, this proposed sub-project has a total cost of Seven Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Four pesos and Seventy Four Centavos (PhP 763,904.74);

WHEREAS, funds for the implementation of the sub-project will be from their Grant Allocation from KALAHI-CIDSS NCDDP amounting to Seven Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Four Pesos and Sevety Four Centavos (PhP 759,904.74) and In-kind Local Counterpart Contribution from Barangay Pinatuad amounting to Four Thousand Pesos (PhP 4,000.00) (insert in-kind counterpart and other LCC);

WHEREAS, after all details of the proposed sub-project were discussed and deliberated in the assembly, the community found it right and beneficial to them;

WHEREFORE, upon mass motion and seconded in masse, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Barangay Assembly of Magallanes, Nabas, Aklan in meeting dully assembled- to approve the proposed sub-project of the barangay to KALAHI-CIDSS NCDDP;

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this Resolution to the Municipal Mayor, Sanguniang Bayan, Area and Municipal Coordinating Teams of this municipality, and the Sub-Regional and Regional Project Management Team of KALAHI-CIDSS NCDDP, for information, support, action reference, and guidance;.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
