The traditionalmethods for forming a monolithic buildingfoundation are particularly time and laborintensive to set up and take down after the cementmonolithic foundation is poured. After the formis removed, dirt is backfilled around thefoundation to provide supportand soil grading. In certainclimates or situations foam insulationsheets are positioned against thesidewall of the foundation andextending laterally from thesidewall after the form isremoved and before dirt isbackfilled around the foundation. Thefoam insulation provides a desired Rvalue that helps maintain a desiredtemperature in the buildingwithin the foundation.

Mono Slab EZ Form will save you 70%installation and take down time,fewer trips, less fuel and labor.

It sets up with an incredible amount of ease.

The Setup is SimpleTo start, prep your footer with gravel.

Check your grade as you go to create a solid and level base.Next, grab a length of the Mono Slab EZ Form,

lay it on the prepped gravel having the flat side facing inand the angled side out.

Next, simply grab the Transit,and check your grade on the top of your form.

If everything is level, install the next lengthof Mono Slab EZ form.

Have the two by eight staggered so that yourtwo by eight seems butt up together

in the middle of the form in the allowed slot.As you proceed, pound wood stakes two per length.

(no need to fasten stakes to two by eight.)Proceed around your perimeter instaling

Mono Slab EZ form.Once you have each length staked off

with two stakes per form, the form can be lightlybackfilled to create a solid, secure form,

that is now ready to pour.No need for kickers or extra stakes.

Take Down Process is SimpleUnscrew corners, remove 2x8 from slot and tap wood stakes

below grade. This process can be done same day of pour.
