HELLO GUYS! This very first issue of bacon and soda i s abou t our l o ve . Our l o ve for habbo, our love for adventure and our love for Jasmin. This very first issue is dedicated to Jasmin. “Happy 22nd birthday Jas!”woohoo!And I know you’re thinking who are we, what is bacon and soda? Well, it’s something like bread and water, something to do with living and life..but bacon and soda sounds much more fun, haha.Bacon and soda is started by Bena and Esther. We would just like to share stuff with people that’s all. So have fun, tata!!

arab streetby EstherOur love for adventure begins. Bena and I were out with photo majors Regina and Jamie. It was fun! First stop: ice creme man @ haji lane.

I just realised that I didn’t take any photos of the ice cream! *Horrors. Haha, it was too delicious that i was too busy eating. Go there and try for yourself!:) www.icecrememan.com.The place was cosy and there were many games from the past such as old maid,snap, five stones, pick up sticks.. The staff were very friendly and we talked. Actually it was more of Jamie haha. They talked about cameras and photography, cool manz. The staff said that a lot of art students often come here to take photos.P.S: thanks Jamie for the treat! :D Drinks on us next time!

By EstherThe uncle in the picture is very nice! Not only did he allow us to take photos of his shop, he even posed and smiled for it. The nicest part is that we didn’t even buy anything from him and he still smiled. He doesn’t look like he’s smiling in the above picture, but he was and did. Haha. Sorry uncle, next time, I’ll buy something from you. And what a cute fridge you have!

I had the time of my life, stepping into a place that I didn't even know exis ted i n S i n g a p o r e . T h e r e w e r e l o a d s o f co o l and i n t e re s t i n g sho p s as w e l l . M o s t l y s e l l i n g e i t h e r handmade s t u f f , v i n t age c l o t h e s , fishing equipment and old school games. It felt as if I was back in the 60's.

As we were shooting, time seemed to tick away so quickly. In the blink of an eye, our shooting session was coming to an end. I wouldn't mind going down again to visit that place. Probably after I get my camera serviced, oh well! Here are some of the pieces that I managed to capture with my Samsung ST550. Wait, let me correct that. with my about to break down Samsung ST550. (: Thanks for sticking around with me through my Shanghai trip, though. I really appreciate it.

On some day in September, Ivan-Taylor (Bena) and Mrpineapplerice (Esther) had an awesome plan to play dress up. They pondered long and hard on who to dress up. SNSD? Supju? SHE? Finally, the verdict was.. CNBLUE!

This is all four of them, in the U.S, at the studio of American Idol. As the team come together in their pos i t i ons, Yong Hwa is look ing charming(as always). Followed by a stunned JongHyun and a photoready Jungshin as well as a – Oh! Our Min Hyuk is always not paying attention huh? Dozing off during a photoshoot? How dare he! I guess he’ll get it from his hyungs later. After a long days work in American Idol’s studio, the band chills at the 6 star Habbo Hotel. Accompanied by a large k ing s ized bed, four comfortable chairs for the each of them, a spacious blue table, a aesthetically pleasant rug and a money plant to give them all the Oxygen they need. They look like they are having fun, don’t they?;)

What do you get when you put all these catchphrases together: “Go Minam..?”+“HA. HA. HA!”+“You’re my brightest Star. “ That’s right! YOU’RE BEAUTIFUL!

As seen from the image, Tae Kyung is resting on the inflatable bed. His head, a jumbled mess of melodies and lyrics; waiting to be pieced together to become the next chart topper number. While Minam and Shin Woo are together, chatting about their day; enjoying each other’s company on a hot sunny day in Seoul. Jeremy is having all the fun on the inflatable chair with his imaginary friend.The next page are spoofs of ANJELL, in habbo style. Hope you like it Jas!
