trying to learn from the common

bad habits which take place on

most of the plants.

We are not excepting our selvesfrom these bad habits also we

dont point finger for any body

but we think its the best time to

avoid and explain the potential

hazard that might occur.

1- Over Confident

Before issuing permit

and before the job startgive your self 5 minutesto check what you did.Dont take the risk by

depending on yourmemory.

PPE is designed foryour safety so pleasetake the benefit from it.

3- Facing drain/vent point:When draining/venting from bleeders be at sides andtake extra precautions

Team work is the bestway to do the dailytasks safely.Hand to hand we cancomplete the job on the

time and easily.

5- Shortcuts:

Its one of the badhabits that most ofworkers perform to

save the time. Youmight save only fewminutes but theincident needs secondto occur.

For example:Jumping the ladderstep.

7- Putting gloves inside

the safety hat:

Gloves are designed to

protect the hands or theskin from contacting thechemicals, dust or othercontaminants.To protect your self

please dont put glovesinside the safety hat.

8- The wrong way forcarrying the samplecylinders:

The sample cylinder is verydangerous either its emptyor full so please use tricyclewhile carrying more thanone sample.Be aware when you dealwith samples.

9- Using Interplantphone for Storagetools:

Please ensure that anytools must be on thedesignated place and

keep the interplantphone clean all thetime.
