Shareholders holding shares either in physical form or dematerialized form,, , : as on the cut off pate i.e. 14.09.2021 may cast their votes electronically on. ; the business as 'set forth in the Notice of 60th AGM through the electronic 1 , voting system of CDSL / NSDL / Link lntime India Pvt Ltd. Shareholders are hereby further informed that : a) The business as set lorth in the Notice of the 60th AGM will be

transacted through remv,e e-votinq an~ e-voting system at the 60th AGM. b} The Register of the Shareholders and Share Transfer Register of the

Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 7th September, 2021 to Tuesday, 21st September, 2021 (both days ·inclusive) for the purpose of 60th Annual General Meeting.

c) TM remote e-voting shall commence at 9:00 a.m. 1ST on Saturday, 18th September, 2021 and end at 5.00 p.m on Monday, 20th September, 2021.

d) The cut-off date for determining the eligibility to vote by remote e-voting or bye-voting system at the 60th AGM shall be 14.09.2021.

e) Remote e-voting module will be disabled after 5:00 p.m. 1ST on 20th. September, 2021.

f) Any person, who acquires shares of the. company and becomes· a member post-dispatch of the Notice of the 60th AGM and holds shares as on the e-voting cut-off, may obtain the login ID and password by sending a request at instameet@linkintime.co.in with folio no. name address I email ID and phone no. of the person for addressing grievances.

g) Shareholders may note that : i, The facility for voting will also be made available during the AGM,
