Functions of BPC The important elements involved in the functions of BPC include :
Department of Tourist Sites : To develop new events of interest to tourists.
Access : This includes port of entry of the country . The internal road and river communication and telecommunication facilities are to be accessible.

This includes building up of standard hotels and other accommodations at cities and tourist sites
