Join the squares until they look like the picture below. 3 squares at left are left front,

The two openings are where the sleeves are attached.

Fold the sides over and sew up the shoulders.

Attach the sleeves.

After all is sewn together , crochet a row of sc crochet around the sleeve edges

and around the body of the jacket.
