There are two possible options:

1) Using the AreaDUM App (available for iOS and Android). Previous register required.

2) Sending an SMS to activate the service each time the user wants to park in a DUM area. No

register needed.

The app will provide information about the real use of

the DUM areas and therefore be able to

- Analyse occupation, under or overused.

- Adapt to the identified needs.

Pilot project at Pg. de Gràcia finished with

positive results

Currently: City wide deployment expected to be completed

by mid-April

App to manage parking at loading and unloading areas, now called Urban Merchandise Distribution areas (DUM).
