attrition. Criticality of timing required instant problem solving for RTB but lack of
follow up report and store the problem solving
Ticket locked is not tracked and
Every individual in RTB worked independently, technical skills andknowledge are not shared and impacted.
Knowledge is loss with resignation
Lack of platform or workflow to share knowledge and technical skills
Learning cycle for new employee is long
