This course is a natural progression from our International Bartenders Course or for those with a minimum of one year cocktail bartending. Managers and supervisors or staff seeking promotion to one of these positions. Anyone working in a job role that requires them to authorise retail sales of alcohol: managers, assistant managers.

Gain the qualifi cation needed to apply for your personal licence and advance your career prospects within the licensed retail sector. There are two mandatory units to the NCPLH - Licensing Law and Other Legal and Social Responsibilities. The training course will provide each delegate with a clear understanding of the framework of law and regulation that underpins the responsibilities of the personal licence holder.
