Use of photocopy machine: In general official documents (not more than 100 sheet) which will used our day to day operation could be photocopying in our official photocopy machine by the help of our support staffs. For meeting/workshop/orientation hand-out or other documents should photocopying from the outside local market through the budget line. To ensure the smooth support like these it should be pre-planned and pre-decided.

Use of printer: In general official documents (not more than 100 sheet) which will used our day to day operation could be printing in our official printer machine. For meeting/workshop/orientation hand-out or other documents should print from the outside local market through the budget line.

Use of multimedia: Generally, multimedia is use for meeting/workshop/orientation etc. Either it can be in-house or outside meeting. The user or requester will submit an ICT equipment request form at least two working days before the event therefore, the respective person will sort out the requests and arrange the same as “first come first serve” basis. ICT staffs will provide support to set up the multimedia in meeting room/venue if anybody prerequisite. After the event requester will return the multimedia to ICT staffs and complete necessary documentation.

Use of Suchana vehicles: Suchana vehicles will be used for regular field visit, airport pick-up and drop, regular banking, GoB officials visit, and so on. Particularly, during field visit/trip a group of people is required i.e. more than two for cost effectiveness. This will be arranged subject to availability of Suchana vehicles, otherwise rented vehicles will have to use. That cases cost will be shared proportionately as per use. Vehicles will arranged as “first come first serve” based on the priority of trips. For smooth operation and cost effectiveness of vehicle management it is appreciable if we submit approved vehicle request form before 72 hours for out side district and 24 hours for within district travel by rented vehicle.

Regular usable office stationary: Regular usable office stationery facilities will arranged by SCI other than meeting/workshop/orientation materials. For ensured timely and smooth operation we should come through a process or maintain a process. Remarkable that this will ensure once in a week as per request. It is recommended to submit all requests within Wednesday of the week and administration will disburse on the following Sunday as per availability of all items.
