HELP FIND A DONOR FOR A BONE MARROW TRANSPLANT: Dr. Howie Marton (father of Naomi Marton) has recently been diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML) a form of blood cancer. A bone marrow transplant is essential for his survival. There are 13,000 previously collected potential donor samples that are waiting at the lab to be tested but due to lack of funding have not been tested yet. Each test costs $54. Please consider sponsoring one or more tests, or even part of a test. To contribute go to bit.ly/Help_Howard.

YIDDISH & ORGANIC FARMING: Learn Yiddish and work on a shomer shabbat organic farm at the same time this summer, in Goshen, NY. Registration is now open for the beginners Yiddish class which will take place from May 29 to July 1, and the advanced Yiddish class which will take place from July 1 to August 20. Each morning students will learn Yiddish grammar and participate in Yiddish drama, creative working and singing workshops, and in the afternoon, they will work the land.
