Our experienced team of sales, product development and opera ons managers has a deepunderstanding of both the retail and food service market, the stage gate product development process and how to successfully convert concepts into viable commercial products.

Our brands, including Pa erson's, Mrs. Fearnows, Roses, Harris, Harolds and Hiltons arehousehold names that have been purchased and enjoyed by genera ons of southern consumers.  

Our canned products, including Hot Dog Chili, Brunswick Stew, Sausage Gravy, ChippedBeef and Gravy, Canned Meats, Barbecue Pork and Barbecue Beef have become well known throughout the region as premium quality products carried in most retailers throughout the Southeast.  

Our fresh salad division, Harold Foods, offers a wide variety of premium fresh saladsincluding pimento cheese, tuna salad, chicken salad, macaroni salad, ham salad, egg salad, and cole slaw that are manufactured and delivered to both convenience stores and QSR’s in the Southeast.

Boone Brands canning facility in Sanford, NC has the 

capability of crea ng soups, stews, chili’s, dips or

Our fresh salad facility in Siler City, NC can produce  a 

wide variety of fresh meat, seafood and vegetable 

salads.

and maximize flexibility.  Frequent deliveries allow
