Big Brothers Big Sisters
Of Central Minnesota
BBBS Central MN
• Who we are.• What we hope to
accomplish..• What we have
accomplished…• And Beyond….
We help children realize their potential and build their futures. We nurture children and strengthen communities. We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people.
And we couldn’t do any of it without you.
As a member of the nation’s largest donor and volunteer supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Minnesota makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), ages 5 through 14 (once matched the match can continue until the child turns 18).
Program encompasses Benton, Morrison, Stearns, the northern tier of Wright & Sherburne Counties.
Who We Are
Our Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Big Couples & Big Families:
Share unique experiences and moments. Empower and encourage their Littles. Have a great time!
Play sports together. Go on a hike. Read books. Eat a pizza with extra anchovies. Or just give some advice and inspiration. Whatever it is you enjoy, odds are you’ll enjoy it even more with your Little—and you’ll be making a life-changing impact.
The Match Support Coordinator’s job is to support and guide participants throughout the match.
The goal of every “Big” is simply to be a friend.
